Here it is...

Ok, you wanted updates.
Well, I don't have anything big in my life at the moment. Nothing worth bitching about at the moment though.
So I will tell you. I LOVE Zelda.
It's pretty much the greatest video game series of all time.
I love the Splinter Cell, I like the Halo, the Mario, the whatever.
But for me, it's Zelda.
I have never played a Zelda game that didn't absolutely blow me away.
And the new one for the Wii is no exception.
When it comes to game design and level design and god, everything about them, there's just no better.
So little changes from game to game, but yet so much does.
You've gotten all the same weapons and stuff in every goddamned one of them since the very first. You got your bombs, bow, boomerang, the whole nine.
And that is still there, but somehow, it stays fresh. It's the same fucking thing!!! How can it be fresh? I have no idea. But it is. It's maybe even more fun than it was back in the day.
So yeah, I love Zelda and if I got to choose ANY license in the world to make a comic out of, it's Legend of Zelda. For one, it's never been done well. And there's so much potential. No reason a Zelda book has to suck. The game and the world is so rich and interesting.
But I guess with all the shitty Nintendo media projects from my childhood, I understand why they're gunshy.
But Zelda rocks. I am done.
